Join Avenidas Village
Our first group of charter members of Avenidas Village reached their target goal in April, 2008. 340 Village members said yes to the pioneering of this innovative Village lifestyle, the first of its kind on the West Coast!
The Avenidas Village program is open to adults 50+ who live in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Stanford, Woodside, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Menlo Park, Atherton, East Palo Alto, and Portola Valley.
Membership is a cost-effective way to reap the benefits of living in your own home while receiving access to the services you need. Single annual membership dues are $750 and $900 for a couple (2 people in a household). Members have the choice of paying annually, or monthly by credit card at no extra cost. Gift memberships are also available.
As with insurance, Avenidas Village membership allows you to be prepared for the unexpected, and provides you with a safety net of support should you require it. Avenidas Village membership offers a sense of belonging to a group, and strengthens your ties to the community. Our dedicated Avenidas Village staff are here to enhance your lifestyle by helping you deal with tasks you previously had to handle on your own.
Having reached its initial goal of 300+, Avenidas Village will be taking a 6 month hiatus, May thru October, during which time we will be creating a waiting list for membership in Fall.
